Assistant Night Manager

Middle Eight is a luxury hotel with a purpose in Covent Garden. We're a welcoming, city hotel that offers a holistic experience, with spaces that reflect our local communities and inspire a sense of belonging.


We're currently recruiting for an Assistant Night Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and Night Manager, this role is ideal for a talented individual looking for career growth and the opportunity to lead a hardworking team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the entire Night operation to maintain high standards.
  • Lead by example and greet guests in a warm, friendly manner, providing excellent service and dealing with requests and queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Work closely with the Night Manager to implement and maintain standards of performance procedures, ensuring the department runs effectively and professionally.
  • Undertake Duty Management shifts as required.

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience as Assistant Night Manager in a lifestyle/luxury environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
