Salary: 21,948.16 per Annum / 13.19 per Hour, 32 hours per Week (4 days)

Are you a night owl with a strong background in front desk or reception services?

As a Night Operations Assistant, you will step in for the Night Manager, making critical decisions and addressing challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting night audits, performing health and safety inspections, overseeing security walks, and managing guest inquiries.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as thorough handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager are required, along with outstanding customer service abilities.

Our establishment operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, necessitating a flexible approach to shifts and days. Typically, we experience higher activity during evenings and weekends, but we are open to discussing shift patterns and contracted hours during the interview process.
