Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to patients with a range of mental health conditions.
About the RoleThe post holder will work closely with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive psychological assessments, interventions, and treatments to patients. They will also be responsible for conducting research and evaluating the effectiveness of psychological interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to patients with a range of mental health conditions
- Work closely with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Conduct research and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members
- Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
- Experience of working with patients with a range of mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
