We are seeking a Trainee Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Redditch/Worcestershire. As a valued member of our psychology provision, you will work with other psychologists and mental health professionals to provide face-to-face and virtual interventions. You will be supported to complete your professional training and receive both clinical supervision and line management. The post is integral to the NMHS, working with other psychologists and mental health professionals. You will be a key member of the psychology provision within the Trust. We offer a range of benefits, including 27 days leave plus bank holidays, increasing up to 33 days with long service, and a generous NHS pension. You will also have flexible and agile working opportunities and access to a wide range of staff networks. The post holder will be responsible for implementing the psychology provision guidelines and trust policies, and will work alongside the Band 6 Job Description and Person Specification. The post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
