We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Trainee Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team in the AMH Neighbourhood Mental Health Services (NMHS) in Redditch/Worcestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality psychological services to patients with a range of mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be working in a Band 6, 0.8 w.t.e, role, with the opportunity to move to a Band 7 permanent post upon qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide psychological assessments, interventions, and support to patients with mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the NMHS psychology provision.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
