We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Shopper Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales, margin, and customer engagement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing plans that align with our brand marketing strategies and customer growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, customer development, and category management, to ensure seamless execution of shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize shopper marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Work closely with retail partners and agencies to deliver innovative shopper experiences that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Supervise and share performance of shopper marketing activities across all points of purchase, continuously optimizing plans to increase ROI.
Requirements
  • Strong background in packaged goods industry, with experience in shopper marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of using innovative marketing skills and practices to deliver key brand and customer goals.
  • UK operational experience with exposure to customers and collaboration with broader teams, including sales, marketing, and category management.
  • Experience of budget planning and management, with financial accountability.
  • Understanding of retail environment strategy, shopper touchpoints, and key customer strategies.
