Area Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for our developments in the South East Region, covering Surrey and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales in your area through successful management and motivation of your team
- Conduct visits to all sites within your area to meet with your Sales Executives, monitor their performance and address any issues
- Develop the sales strategy for each site, including price recommendations
- Attend regular progress meetings with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies
- Manage sales standards onsite, including review of the 'Mystery Shopper' reports
About You
We are looking for a talented and target-driven individual with previous managerial experience within Sales, such as within a new homes, estate agency environment or a medium size house-builder. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing and a determination to succeed.
