Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the South East Region, covering our developments in Surrey and the surrounding areas.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing a team of Sales Executives, and driving sales growth in your area. You will work closely with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and address any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and address any issues
- Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations
- Liaise with internal contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Attend regular progress meetings with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Previous managerial experience in sales, preferably in new homes, estate agency, or a medium-sized house-builder
- Strong understanding of the retirement living market and customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proactive approach to sales and marketing, with a determination to succeed
- High level of computer literacy
