Senior Post Transaction Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Post Completions Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our Post Completions Team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the post-completion actions for conveyancing transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and review completed documents and land registry applications before submission, guaranteeing accurate and complete applications.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders through inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage requisitions from HM Land Registry under the supervision of the Post Completions Manager, ensuring timely completion and avoiding application cancellations.
- Protect mortgage lender interests by maintaining the application pipeline and updating lenders on registration of charges.
- Conduct thorough checks on completed registrations for accuracy and distribute relevant documents to lenders and clients.
- Closure of files and archiving once all work is complete, including no outstanding client balances.
Requirements and Preferences:
- You must be self-motivated and able to efficiently organize tasks, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages is a must.
- Prior experience in an office setting is ideal but not required.
- You should be practical, employing a common-sense approach to your work.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude is crucial for our culture and business model.
