Job Title: Conveyancing Transaction Coordinator
Estimated Salary: £23,500 - £25,500 per annum

At Brave Human Capital Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Transaction Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will involve assisting with post completion actions for conveyancing transactions, ensuring seamless registration of properties with the Land Registry.

In this role, you will be responsible for checking completed documents and land registry applications prior to submission, making outbound calls to clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring that mortgage lender interests are protected by maintaining the application pipeline and updating mortgage lenders on the registration of their charges. You will also be responsible for closing and archiving files once all work is complete, and no client balances remain on file.

We are looking for a self-motivated and efficient individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft packages. Previous experience working in an office role would be ideal but is not essential. A positive 'can-do' attitude is key to our culture and business model.
