We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Process Coordinator to join our team at Magnus James in Cheltenham. As a key member of our Estate Agency, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, liaising with clients, and ensuring the smooth progression of transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the sales process from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
