About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong technical knowledge and coordination skills. As the face of the project, you will liaise with technical teams, clients, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining project management documentation, such as project plans, RAID registers, and status reports. You will also identify project deliverables, milestones, and necessary activities and tasks on the project schedule.

Another key aspect of this role is reviewing and validating work plans from external service providers. Additionally, you will effectively document and manage risks, issues, and changes that arise during the project.

You will collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to attain project objectives. A key part of this job is designing a project plan that bridges technical and regulatory functions.

In this role, you will be expected to identify potential project problems, mitigate contingencies, and implement corrective actions. Demonstrated expertise as a Technical Project Manager, particularly in network and infrastructure projects, is essential.

You will need to skilfully communicate network and infrastructure engineering concepts, as well as technical project details, to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability and experience in identifying potential issues and escalating them to higher management are crucial.

This role requires strategic management of contracts and project-related suppliers, including meticulous oversight of budgets and deadlines. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
