Midwifery Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced midwife to lead our community midwifery team, providing continuity of care and traditional community midwifery services in Haringey and Islington.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for women and their families, while aiding the team to meet national ambitions for continuity of care and key performance indicators.

About the Role

As a midwifery team leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of midwives to provide continuity of care and traditional community midwifery services
  • Delivering high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for women and their families
  • Aiding the team to meet national ambitions for continuity of care and key performance indicators
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Currently be a registered midwife registered to practice
  • Have a minimum of 3 years post-preceptorship experience
  • Hold a mentorship qualification
