About the Role

As an HR Adviser at the Nursing & Midwifery Council, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Business Partners in delivering our People Plan. This position presents an excellent opportunity to make a valuable contribution to achieving best practice in all aspects of HR.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice to managers on employee relations issues, including absence management, conduct, capability, and grievance matters. Your customer-focused approach will enable you to provide guidance on implementing HR policies and best practices, while also assisting with project work to support our HR objectives.

You will work closely with your Business area, being a visible presence, offering support and advice. Additionally, you will be expected to present on specific people issues to ensure the development of our leaders on the people agenda.
