The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships across all levels of the business.

We are seeking an Employee Relations Expert to join our team as a key part of the Employee Relations and HR business partnering team. As a highly competent advisor, you will provide ER advisory support to the business, working closely with the ER Manager, HR Business Partners, and the sales team.

You will be responsible for managing ER case loads, providing advice, guidance, and investigation support, escalating complex or high-risk queries to the ER Manager where appropriate.

The successful candidate will have experience in Employee Relations and HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices. You will also possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and expert advice and coaching to line managers, acting as the first point of contact for policy and ER process queries.
  • Working closely with the wider HR team on HR projects and initiatives based on demand.
  • Building strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business, by providing first-class HR support, advice, and coaching.
  • Managing ER case loads, providing advice, guidance, and investigation support, escalating complex or high-risk queries to the ER Manager where appropriate.
  • Supporting line managers with performance improvement and development matters.

In return, we offer a highly competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
