Regional Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Project Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding into new markets, and increasing sales.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in managing sales engineers and leading project sales efforts. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of developing strategies to expand into new markets and increasing sales.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales engineers and lead project sales efforts.
- Develop strategies to expand into new markets and increase sales of existing products.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review market conditions and drive actions.
- Report sales forecasts and updates to the Managing Director.
The salary for this role is approximately £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
