Sales Strategy Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Strategy Lead to join our team at Easilift Loading Systems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.
About the Role:
The Sales Strategy Lead will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This includes building a strong sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
You will also encourage collaboration across all departments to drive cultural change and transform the production company into a customer-focused organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build a sales team and develop them to excel in client relationship management and business development.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners in the construction sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and market share.
- Encourage collaboration across all departments to achieve cultural change.
- Monitor KPIs and steer towards customer satisfaction, margin, and revenue.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £85,000 - £95,000 gross per year.
- A competitive commission scheme.
