About the Role

Talent Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Strategy Specialist to join their team at their Head Office in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, Ebay, Zalando, ASOS, and other partner platforms.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on Amazon and Zalando marketplaces, with a strong analytical background and the ability to drive actions within the team based on data analysis. Leadership skills are essential, as the successful candidate will lead a team and engage/influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans across each brand to plug into the right marketplace
  • Analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and market-relevant product assortment
  • Lead the development and execution of promotional events and markdown strategies
  • Utilise data analytics and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce, preferably in a start-up culture
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability in an e-commerce environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
