Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales employees, ensuring that all new project sales are met within the UK and overseas. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and identifying potential hazards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in sales engineering projects. Essential qualifications include a degree in a relevant field and excellent communication skills.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, company pension contribution, 34 days holiday per year, including 26 floating days, and an optional healthcare package.
