Business Development Manager

Easilift Loading Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will build relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth.
This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 gross per year, plus commission scheme. You will also benefit from a 35-hour work week, 25 vacation days per year, and hybrid working possibilities after completion of the probationary period.
With a strong background in sales and marketing, you will have a solid understanding of client relationship management and business development. You will also bring a curious mindset and the desire to learn about cultural change and customer-focused work.
