Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Sandal Motor Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses in Wakefield and Huddersfield.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue vehicle purchasing opportunities with local businesses.
  • Guide corporate clients through a seamless purchasing journey, providing personalized advice and outstanding service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting finance, insurance, and optional extras that meet each client's needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry by maintaining expert knowledge of BMW and MINI products and participating in ongoing training.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in vehicle sales, ideally including B2B experience.
  • Ability to influence and persuade, turning enquiries into valuable sales.
  • Talent for creating lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a keen understanding of what makes BMW and MINI stand out.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
