Job Title:

Human Resources Manager

A leading engineering organisation is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join their established HR team in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a newly created position and lead the day-to-day operations of core HR functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality HR services.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage a team of HR Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build professional relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partners, Central Support Managers, Finance, and IT.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including pension, private medical insurance, and cycle to work scheme.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and analyse HR reports to monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a relevant training or CIPD qualification being advantageous.
  • At least 5 years' experience in an HR role.
  • Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
