We are looking for a Proactive Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, driving net new revenue and uncovering upsell opportunities with both new and existing customers.

With a strong understanding of digital experience challenges, you will be able to align ROI with those challenges, ensuring a value-based selling approach. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience growing and expanding existing customer accounts in a SaaS and/or PaaS environment.

As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Experience and Marketing teams to nurture and grow a regional customer base. You will refine and evolve our 'land-and-expand' model in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.

  • Self-generation of pipeline through outbound motions in conjunction with marketing and BDR teams.
  • Growing existing accounts by leveraging relationships and following our comprehensive 'land-and-expand' sales model.
