Job Opportunity:

Willing Care is seeking a skilled Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to children and younger people with mental health needs. The successful candidate will work in a beautiful manor house setting, offering specialist care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of patients are maintained at the highest standard.

Completing physical and psychological assessments of new patients on admission.

Creating individualized care plans for patients and updating them daily.

Safely administering and recording medication.

Liaising effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.

Monitoring and developing the performance of care staff.

Ensuring effective rotas are in place.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN)

Valid UK NMC Pin

Clear DBS

About the Role:

The Mental Health Hospital offers specialist care to children and younger people with mental health needs. The service has three separate units and can cater to those with eating disorders, complex conditions, or who require PICU services. There is an onsite school covering Key Stage 3 through to A-Levels.
