About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Adult Acute Mental Health team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a high-quality clinical service to patients and their families, including assessing care needs and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.
- Acting as named nurse to a group of patients, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Participating in therapeutic group work programs, promoting recovery and well-being among patients.
- Assuming charge of the ward in the absence of the ward manager and deputy ward manager, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to patients, including coordinating and participating in the review of progress towards agreed goals.

Essential
- Registered Mental Health Nurse and active on NMC Register.
- Conforms to NMC requirements.
Desirable
- Experience working in an inpatient mental health setting with non-dementia related mental health.
