About the Role:

As a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at Mental Health Matters, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals in need. Working closely with our experienced team, you will develop the skills and knowledge to provide Low Intensity Interventions, supporting patients with anxiety and depression. Your dedication and passion for patient care will be essential in making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with a commitment to the NHS and patient care. You will have experience of working with adults who have experienced common Mental Health Difficulties and be able to inspire and engage people. Excellent motivational skills and the ability to identify barriers and understand client needs are essential.
