Job Summary
The Leeds City Council is seeking a highly skilled Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing all equality, diversity, and inclusion activities to ensure that our services are accessible and fairly meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles and practices. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to address health inequalities and promote co-production across our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all equality, diversity, and inclusion activities to ensure that our services are accessible and fairly meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to address health inequalities and promote co-production across our services.
- Work closely with our leadership team to ensure that equality, diversity, and inclusion principles are integrated into all aspects of our work.
- Provide training and support to staff on equality, diversity, and inclusion best practices.
- Monitor and report on equality, diversity, and inclusion metrics to inform our strategies and improve our services.
