We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within our organization. As an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that our services are accessible and inclusive to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy that aligns with Touchstone's values and objectives.
- Lead on the development and maintenance of links with public and voluntary sector partners to promote equality and diversity.
- Provide leadership and management to a team of staff responsible for equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and decision-makers to ensure that equality, diversity, and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Develop and deliver training and management briefings on equality, diversity, and inclusion to staff and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to Touchstone's equality, diversity, and inclusion policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in leading equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives in a similar organization.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize own workload.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to Touchstone's values and objectives.
