About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Touchstone as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the development and implementation of our equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy.
  • Work closely with our service users, staff, and partners to ensure that our services are accessible and inclusive.
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness-raising programs to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Monitor and report on equality, diversity, and inclusion data to inform service improvements.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to ensure that our recruitment and retention practices are inclusive and equitable.
