We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) efforts, ensuring that our services are accessible and inclusive for all stakeholders. As EDI Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EDI policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on EDI issues, including unconscious bias, microaggressions, and inclusive language.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement EDI strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and analyze EDI data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote EDI and advance our organization's mission.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as diversity and inclusion, social justice, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EDI strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform EDI decisions.
