We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Care Practitioner to join our team at Sandstone Care Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible and adaptable individual to provide high-quality care to our residents on a night shift basis.

As a Bank Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking comprehensive training to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional care
  • Supporting residents with nighttime personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and dressing assistance
  • Conducting regular checks to ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night
  • Administering medication where required, following proper procedures and training
  • Providing companionship, emotional support, and reassurance during the night
