We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Practitioner Nights to join our dedicated team at Ribble Court Care Home. As a key member of our night care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents throughout the night.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular nighttime checks to monitor residents' health and respond to any needs or emergencies.
  • Providing personal care and assistance to residents during nighttime hours, including help with mobility and repositioning.
  • Safely administering medications as required and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting and supervising the night care team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care activities, updates, and incidents in residents' records.

Requirements:

  • You will have a strong background in healthcare, preferably with experience in residential or nursing home settings.
  • You will hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or be willing to work towards one).
  • You will have excellent record-keeping skills and be confident in using care management technologies.
  • You will possess a positive, compassionate, and flexible approach to working night shifts according to residents' needs.
