About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at the University of Central Lancashire. This is a rewarding role that involves working with young children and their families to provide high-quality care and education.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare & Education and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. They will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all children receive the best possible start in life.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on young lives. The role is based on campus in Preston, and we require an enhanced DBS check from the successful candidate.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Delivering EYFS compliant curricula to groups of children
  • Leading and supporting other team members to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective policies and procedures

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for early years education, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
