Primary Care Network Practitioner

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Primary Care Network and contribute to the development of our practice.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary of £11,000 per session and a range of benefits, including high QOF achievements, up to 6 sessions per week, 30 days annual leave, and NHS Pension benefits. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment, working closely with our administrative and management team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
