Nurse Practitioner in Community Healthcare

Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Community Healthcare to join our team at HCRG Care Group in Central Lancashire.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of packages of care. You will use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain a high-quality standard for Specialist Public Health Nurse/School Nursing practice.
You will also participate in effective partnership working with other agencies and take a lead professional role where appropriate. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by undertaking mentorship responsibilities to both pre-registration and SCPHN students while on placement within the service.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £42,140 - £54,569 per annum, depending on experience.
