We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to join our team as a Bank Night Care Practitioner at Ribble Court Care Home. This role involves working flexible shifts to support our residents' needs while maintaining a high standard of care.
- $11.61 per hour
- Shifts: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am
As a Bank Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our residents, including:
- Personal care assistance, such as bathing and toileting
- Monitoring residents' comfort and well-being throughout the night
- Repositioning residents to prevent pressure sores and maintain comfort
- Documenting care activities and reporting any concerns or incidents
- Administering medication according to training and procedures
- Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
