We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in our residential setting in Orford, Warrington. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to 5 children with autism and learning disabilities, helping them to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the children and their families. Experience as a carer or similar role is desirable, although training and induction are provided for those without prior experience. A driver's license is an advantage but not essential.

This is a full-time role, with a salary of £29,719 per annum (£12.00 per hour) that includes completing one sleep-in shift per week. Your hourly rate will increase to £12.50 per hour once qualified. You will work on a rota pattern that you will receive in advance, allowing you to plan ahead and maintain a good work-life balance.
