Young Adult Support Specialist

We are recruiting for a Young Adult Support Specialist to join our supported living services at Absolute Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, making a positive impact on the lives of young adults.
About the Role:As a Young Adult Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to young adults, helping them achieve their personal goals and develop essential life skills. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each individual receives tailored support, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
Responsibilities:- To provide ongoing support and guidance to young adults, promoting their independence and well-being.
- To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- To maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our package includes a comprehensive company pension scheme, healthcare benefits, free meals on shift, access to Perk Box discounts, bonuses for long service, and a £1000 bonus for Level 5 qualification holders.
