Supporting Young Adults:

As a Supported Living Professional, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides tailored support to young adults in our care. Your primary focus will be on empowering them to live independently, making informed decisions about their lives, and developing essential life skills.

About the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young adults. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support, addressing each individual's physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide ongoing support and guidance to young adults in our care, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our package includes a comprehensive company pension scheme, healthcare benefits, free meals on shift, access to Perk Box discounts, bonuses for long service, and a £1000 bonus for Level 5 qualification holders.
