We are seeking a dedicated and caring Care Support Professional to join our team at SOS Homecare Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently as possible.
Job SummaryThe role involves providing personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and emotional support to clients. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
- Manage medication and ensure timely administration
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- A competitive salary of £13.52 per hour
