Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Warrington. This role involves supporting our mission to transform social care and enhance the lives of our clients.
About the Role
We are looking for a part-time or full-time Care Assistant to provide companionship, reassurance, and personal care to our clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Managing medications and preparing hot meals
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Helping with domestic tasks and maintaining a safe living environment
Benefits
As a Care Assistant with Cera Care, you can expect a competitive salary of £18.00 per hour (£24.00 during Christmas and New Year) plus holiday pay and a pension scheme. We also offer free DBS/PVG checks, company mobile phones, and uniforms provided.
