About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team at Community Integrated Care, working in a brand new service in Warrington. As a Care Specialist, you will be supporting two individuals with complex needs, promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence.

About the Service

Our service in Culcheth provides 24/7 care and support to two individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex health and behavioral needs. You will be part of a close-knit team that prioritizes the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities, and complex care
  • The ability to connect with people, be patient, and show empathy and compassion
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
