Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Statham Manor Care Centre in Lymm, Cheshire. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a care environment, a care certificate, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivering high-quality care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance
• Supporting residents to enjoy a good quality of life, including promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Working effectively as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and confidence in your abilities
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about resident care needs and progress, including daily records
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
• Experience as a Care Assistant in a care environment (preferable)
• Care certificate or equivalent (or willingness to achieve within 12 months of employment)
• Evidence of good care practice knowledge relating to the care of older people
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate self-motivation and confidence
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
