About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering outstanding care to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
The successful candidate will work 42 hours a week, including days and nights, providing physical and emotional support to our service users.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and live independently. Our Supported Living Service provides a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and develop new skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to support individuals with complex needs.
