The successful candidate will work 42 hours a week, including days and nights, providing physical and emotional support to our service users.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and live independently. Our Supported Living Service provides a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and develop new skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to support individuals with complex needs.
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of medical and welfare needs as required.
