Job Description

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Warrington, Cheshire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support and care to individuals with a learning disability, autism, mental health, and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and be able to develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with personal care and medication
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
  • Cover shifts and work as part of the relief team

Requirements

Essential requirements include experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and being able to work as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, paid on a weekly or monthly basis. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions.
