Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Children's Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
You will have the chance to develop and enhance your skills in various areas, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. Our comprehensive training program ensures that you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
No prior care experience is required, as we provide full nurse-led training. We look for individuals who possess the qualities of compassion, resilience, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.
