About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the No Wrong Door Service. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with children and young people, their families, and systems around them to provide psychological assessments, consultations, and interventions.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology, registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist, and experience of working with individuals with complex, multi-factorial problems.

You will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, consultations, and interventions to children and young people, as well as contributing to the development, evaluation, and monitoring of the team's operational policies and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments, consultations, and interventions to children and young people
  • Contribute to the development, evaluation, and monitoring of the team's operational policies and services

  • Participate in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency risk assessment and risk management
Person Specification
  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology
  • Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex, multi-factorial problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
