Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Teacher to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd. As a Support Teacher, you will work closely with children with various additional needs in schools across the Warrington area.



About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong ability to build rapport with children. You will provide support to students on a 1:1 basis, promote good behavior, and aid pupils in their learning as effectively as possible.


Responsibilities include:



  • Providing individualized support to students with additional needs
  • Promoting positive behavior management techniques
  • Aiding pupils in their learning and development
  • Helping students with educational needs
  • Providing feedback to teachers on student progress
  • Maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
