Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people with autism and learning disabilities in a large, converted barn in Lymm, Cheshire.
The successful candidate will work on a rota pattern, providing full day shifts and some sleep-in shifts. You will be responsible for providing the highest standards of care, understanding the care needs of our young people, planning activities, and supporting them to succeed in living their best lives.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,719 per annum, including a £12.00 hourly rate that increases to £12.50 per hour upon successful completion of the relevant qualification. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including a Simply Health cashback scheme, a fully funded Young People & Families Practitioner Level 4 qualification, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging. You will also need to be able to maintain a warm and caring environment, supporting our young people with their daily routines and accessing education and activities in their local community.
