Job Summary

Northreach is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Liaison to support senior management at a prestigious financial institution. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for executives, handling calls and correspondence with professionalism. You will also prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to a high standard, often under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the executive office.
  • Manage and prioritize confidential information with utmost discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Liaison, ideally within the financial services or professional services sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
